If you've ever read The Ugly Stepsister By Aya Ling, you should already know how great of a book it is! Katherine rips an old copy of Cinderella, and she goes into the book as an ugly stepsister, Katriona. She learns that she has to get out of the book by fulfilling a happily ever after.
